ContinuumOps was founded to solve one of mining’s most persistent and costly problems: operations are optimized in silos, while value is created across the entire mine-to-mill system.
As ore grades decline, energy costs rise, and emissions constraints tighten, incremental improvements in isolated parts of the operation are no longer enough. Real value comes from understanding how energy, material, and decisions flow continuously from the orebody through blasting, haulage, crushing, and milling. We call this The Physics of Ore Value.

Provides technical direction on integrated site programs, applying advanced analytics and AI-driven methodologies to optimise value chains. Brings deep expertise in mining systems optimisation, supported by doctoral and postdoctoral research in AI applications and value-chain enhancement.

Gabriela serves as the Client Service Manager at ContinuumOps, leading market management and client service operations. Jiann serves as the Executive Assistant supporting the Executive Directors at ContinuumOps. He manages website development and updates, creates and refines executive presentations, and ensures technical content is accurately communicated. Jiann also provides backend support through document management, report preparation, and coordination of technical deliverables, enabling efficient execution of strategic and analytical initiatives.
